Study on the developing tendency of ERP and CRM

In this article, we introduce the Enterprise Recourse Planning (ERP) and Customer relationship management (CRM), analyze the development trends of them.Through the analysis, we think there is a lot of similarity between ERP and CRM, and they have many overlapping parts.From the view of long run, ERP and CRM will tend to integration.We also study the integrative range and the way of integration.At last we prospect some issues which need studying deeply.
