Research on the Frame and Model of Innovation Methods of TRIZ and Six Sigma Model Integration

The advanced study of innovation has got a high degree of attention at home and abroad.As an innovative method,TRIZ and Six Sigma integration has been researched by many domestic and foreign scholars.The article analyzes the foundation and framework of TRIZ and Six Sigma integration,and focuses on the integration of TRIZ and both management model of DMAIC and DMADV.On the basis of the analysis at home and abroad,the article anticipates the management,organizational isnnovation and applied research in different industries which are based on integration of TRIZ and Six Sigma management model.
