Discussion on Constitution of University Student’s Ability to Solve the Identity Crisis

Adolescence is a key period for the development of personal identity.Whether teenagers can successully get over the identity crisis is essential for their growth.Universities should effectivly help their students to grow up healthily by improving the students' ability to solve the identity crisis.The ability to solve the indentity crisis is to solve the problems of self-awareness,self-acception,self-value definition and self-development in the future.The constitution of the ability is started from the perspectives of self-awareness,self-analysis and self-evaluation,based on mastering psychological knowledgement and realizing employment situation,and taking the ability of learning to design self-development schemes as a key point.
