Preparation and Electrical Characteristic of Ru-doped Thermistors Ceramics

CuMn_(2-x)Co_(X_)ZRuO_2(X=0.38,Z=0.15,0.23,0.3,0.35)ceramics were prepared by solid-phase method with Mn_3O_4,Co_3O_4,CuO and RuO_2,and the B values between 1000 K and 2000 K of NTC ceramics by the sintering temperatures of 1075℃.The phase component of the prepared materials by using X-ray diffractometry and the ceramic microstructures were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The temperature dependence of resistivity of the NTC ceramics was investigated with resistance-temperature measurement.The results show that the CuMn_(2-x)Co_(X_)ZRuO_2 ceramic with B=1350 K-1850 k and p25℃=0.09-0.7 Ωcm can be obtained by sintering.The density of ceramic is higher than 5.3g/cm~3,The ceramics can be prepared for thermal samples has broad application prospects.
