Real gravity gradient to vertical displacement on earth surface locally deformed by several types of simple source modelling some geophysical phhomenon have been given in this paper. It is emphasized that distribution pattern of real gravity gradients to vertical displacement by static dislocation source. Under consideration of variable height of geoid with time, relationship between real and apparent gravity gradient to vertical displacement has been discussed.
