As analyzing China mainland horizontal displacement (movement) field,the reference is relative to Eurasia plate generally. No doubt it is suitable for analyzing the whole movement of China mainland and its relation to Eurasia plate movement. However, the above reference is not perfect for researching the relative movement of the interior and round region of China mainland.Using the digital aproximetion method and the like,we give the horizontal movement rotation parameters of China mainland and its blocks of first order based on the GPS re-measurement data (1999-2004) of more than 1 000 stations from the Crutsal Motion Observation Network of China (CMONOC).In the end, a practical example is presented.
