DEVIATION OF THE EARTH MASS CENTER AND LAYER-SPHERE DEFORMATION

Yang Xuexiang(Chang chun University of Earth Sciences,Chang chun, 130026)Wang Li(Education Center,Geology and Mineral Bureau of Jilin ,Chang chun,130011 )
The antisymmetry of the north half to the south half of the Earth may be attributed to southward deviation of the thermal center and northward deviation of the mass center within the mantle demonstrated by seismic tomography. This paper sets up a mathematical model of density distribution for the antisymmetry of the north-south. The results of computation indicate that the inhomogeneous density distribution in the north and south makes the core off the Earth's center 1 km or 3. It is in full agreement with the results computed by Zhang Huanzhi(1982).The sea level will change more and the crust will deform more after the potential surface changing .
