Production Procedures and Effect Analysis of the Extremely Complicated Fault-Block Reservoir, Wenmingzai Oilfield

Wang Xiaolin (Econamic Information Centre, Zhongyuan Oilfield, China)  
This paper summarizes the geologic characteristics and 12-year production procedures of the extremely complicated fault-block reservoir, Wenmingzai Oilfield. Many new technologies and production methods as well as some related policies, for example, well patterning, injection techniques, increasing water flooding reserves, has been used to develop potentials of oil reservoir greatly. Much improvements in the production processes have been made to get high effeciency. Some experience in developing the extremely complicated fault-block reservoir is summarized as a good example for reference.
