Rational Well Pattern and Injection-Production Principles of Low Permeability Oilfield─Part 2 Development of Low Permeability Oilfield

Identifying rational pattern arrangement and injection-production principles are the basis of better development low permeability oilfield. This paper researchs five problems. The first is reducing well spacing to increase well pattern density. The second is researching formation fractures to layout rational injection-production pattern. The third is taking fracturing measures to enhance oil production. The forth is carrying out early water injection to keep formtion pressure. The fifth is enlarging pressure differential to lift liquid for oilfields which have conditions of enlarging pressure differential. The authors expound above viewpoints by using many development examples of faulted blocks and well groups in low permeability formation.
