Technical study on staged acid fracturing of horizontal well in fractured-cavernous carbonate reservoir

The reservoir of pilot area in Tazhong I Gas Field is Ordovician fractured-cavernous carbonate reservoir.Acid-fracturing stimulation is one of the key technologies for this type of reservoir.Aiming at the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,strong heterogeneity and long horizontal section,and synthesizing the physical property of reservoir,length,pollution level,productivity and net present value,the writer proposed a subsection optimization method for horizontal wells.Based on the analysis of reservoir geologic characteristics of Tazhong ⅠGas Field,the completion method was recommended.Combined with the staged reforming tools and machinery subsection technology of horizontal well at home and abroad at present,this paper optimized the machinery sub-packer tools fitting for acid fracturing of horizontal well in Tazhong I Gas Field.Pinpoint completion staged reforming technology and six times of staged acid fracturing were adopted to conduct the staged acid fracturing for Horizontal Well TZ62-11H in Tazhong I Gas Field.The post-fracturing test indicates that the staged acid-fracturing of horizontal well is an effective means to improve the productivity of oil well in fractured-cavernous carbonate reservoir.
