ICU of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia Bacteria Analysis and Protection Countermeasures

Liu rui-ying Wang Sheng-chi (People's Hospital of Hebei Medical University,Shijiazhuang 050011,China)
Objective:To explore incidence of the ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and distribution of pathogenic mi- croorgamsms, provide for the prevention and treatment of VAP based on bacteriology. Methods:The Bank of mechanical ventilation in the ICU in the 36 patients with VAP incidence, etiology check for analysis.Results:ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence rate of 67.92 percent, the fatality rate was 47.3% %,VAP and the occurrence of mechanical ventilation time related to gram-negative bacteri- a infection, including gram-negative bacteria (G-bacteria) Accounting for 67.16 %,gram-positive bacteria (G~+ bacteria) accounted for 17.9 %,accounting for 14.93 % fungi. Conclusion:ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia in the high incidence of and mortality, strict aseptic operation,to strengthen care and rational use of antibiotics and mechanical ventilation in the shortest possible time,m- crease immunity and is conducive to the VAP control.
