Determination of Fat-soluble Constituents in Cordyceps Militaris Fruitbodies Using GC-MC

Objective:To investigate the fat-soluble constituents in Cordyceps militaris Fruitbodies with GC-MS method.Methods:To take the fresh Cordyceps militaris Fruitbodies,using low-temperature drying,grinding.Then extracted by petroleum ether or ether in refluxing and esteried,and inally was determined using GC-MC.Results:Two kinds of fat-soluble constituents in petroleum ether extract and ether extract are the same,Cordyceps militaris fruitbodies of ether to detect substanoes-23,identified 17 kinds of fat-soluble components,mainly including octadecadienoic acid,octadecenoic acid,hexadecanoic acid,octadecanoic acid,dehydroergoergosterol,2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexsene the relative percentage of 37.78%,35.42%,6.67%,9.57%,3.33%,1.99%.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast,high sensitivity,as Cordyceps militaris Fruitbodies Identification on the quality.
