Clinical Effect of Chest Latissimus Dorsi Myocutaneous Repair Oral and Maxillofacial Defects

Objective:To explore the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair the clinical efficacy of oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods:Choose from 2010 in March to March 2012 were 53 patients during the oral and maxillofacial defects patients,the observation group USES pectoral latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair,the control group sternocleidomastoid muscle flap to repair,compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results:The observation group patients survival rate of skin flap to repair is 96.8%,higher than those in the control group,86.4% of the significant difference(P0.05).The observation group the postoperative complications was 9.7%,and the control group complications for 13.6%,the difference was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The chest latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair oral and maxillofacial defects is a safe and effective treatment methods,with high value of clinical application,is
