Study on Entire Network Reactive Power Voltage Coordination Control Based on Smart AVC System

Considering the important significance of smart AVC to the safe and economic operation of power grids in entire network control,in this paper,the implementation measures on the coordination control among the smart AVC,AGC,VQC and DAVC is pointed out respectively after the comparison of traditional and smart AVC and starting from the entire coordination and control,thus the smart AVC entire network coordination and control method is obtained. During the study period,the theory of hierarchical partition is used in the whole coordination control and the entire network node voltage and power control is controlled within the specified range so to coordinate and unify the AGC,AVC,VQC and DAVC in the time and space,which provides the foundation for achieving the closed-loop automatic control of the whole system and,at the same time,also points out the direction of overall control system in automation,ordering,safety,and economization.
