20kW/300kHz High Frequency Power Supply for Induction Heating Applications

The authors complete a 20kW/300kHz prototype of HF induction heating power supply with multidevices parallel connected and power MOSFETs as power switch.The research and experiment are implemented for the inverter circuit,control circuit and multidevices parallel drive.The experiment results ars also given.
