Research on restructuring of customer value innovation process based on corporate-customer alliance

Customer value innovation is a way for enterprises to be out of competition field, though how to integrate the consuming cycle and innovation opportunity is still a problem. Consumer alliance is beneficial to incorporating customers into the corporation's administration process so as to breakthrough this bottleneck. And building seamless organization structure is needed to solve this problem.
