Study on Data Mining in First Period of Jiangzhai Site Based on the Association Algorithms

In this paper,the association analysis method of data mining into the research of prehistoric settlement archeology is introduced,the property database of remains and remnants in the first cultural period of the Jiangzhai site are designed and established.This attribution data are used to do data mining in order to get more useful knowledge.The archaeological material include the housing layout circumstances table and the house relative horizon table which is in the document of Jiangzhai,and five kinds of forms in the schedule,such as the housing registration form,hole-stove registration form,cellar-cave registration form,earth pit registration form and funerary urn registration form.In the paper,the data pretreatment was done.First,with the Apriori association method,association data mining was done on the house group,house era,house structure and shape to all the houses in Jiangzhai site according to the given minimal support and minimal confidence,after got the combined association rules,their property was explained.Then,taking the same treatment,association data mining was done on burial style,head direction to all earth pits,on shape and structure to all cellar-caves,and on shape,ground color to all hole-stoves,and then the achieved combined association rules were explained.In brief,according to the association data mining and analysis about the first period culture of Jiangzhai site,the hiding relations after the trace property data were found,and new sight about Jiangzhai site was made for archaeologists.The study set an example of quantitative analysis about the analysis and research of the prehistoric settlement in China.
