Analysis on Land Use Dynamic Change Based on the Concepts of Source and Sink: A Case Study of Main Urban Areas of Chongqing

Based on the summarizes of traditional land use change models,from three levels of total dynamic degree,land use activity and volatility between land conversions,this paper built land use dynamic analysis models.It makes the main urban areas of Chongqing as an example,through processing of TM image information to reveal the total changes of land use dynamic degree,conversion activity of land use and volatility for a certain land use′s gain and loss for 21 years.Concepts such as land use activity,volatility of land conversions were proposed,corresponding models were built,and made thorough analysis of volatility of certain land use′s gain and loss from the ideas of source and sink,which make up for the deficiencies of existing analytical models.These results of series analysis can not only provide references to demands of land use,conversion rules and other parameters in land use dynamic simulation models,but also play a positive role in perfecting land conversion rules and applicability of models.
