Change of cold wave in Dalian under global warming condition

Climate features of cold wave have been analyzed by using daily temperature(daily mean and the lowest) and wind data in six stations of Dalian during 1961~2005.The primary results are as follows: The activities of the cold wave is different between south and east in Dalian,it comes earlier and goes later in south Dalian compared to east Dalian.The cold wave air primarily happens in November?December and January.The variability of the cold wave in Dalian over the past 45 years has three regime shifts ocurring in 1975,1985 and 2001.The frequency of the cold wave in Dalian showed negative tendency and kept decreasing gradually by 3.15 times in past 45 years.
