Application of Partnering Mode in Power Transmission Project Management

ZHOU Xuewen(State Power Economic Research Institute,Beijing 100052,China)  
This paper analyzes the state quo of the power transmission project management,introduces the characteristics of the Partnering Mode,and discusses the advantages and significance of the application of the mode in the power transmission project management with a focus on practical methods of the application.The results suggest that proper application of the Partnering Mode is beneficial to all the participants in the project,and helps to improve the project management.
