Analysis on Macro-obstacles in Wind Power Development in China and Proposals on Policy

After more than 20 years' development in China the wind power course still hasn't achieved a breakthrough. To solve this problem and promote a quick development of wind power, this article begins with a comparison between China and developed countries on the current situation of wind power development, then emphatically analyzes the macro-obstacles in the course of China's wind power and reveals the relationships between wind power price and wind resource, financing conditions, taxation conditions. It also states the reasons for the low localization of wind power equipment and discusses the impact of PPA and market demand on the development of China's wind power. At last, it puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
