Discussion about Full-life Cycle Cost Control for Power Grid Construction Project

The full-life cycle cost control of power grid construction projects means that from point of whole social view the full-life cycle cost control of power grid construction project is taken as a controlled object to analyse mutual relations between various stage costs,and various key elements costs during the whole cycle through certain techniques and methods.Then corresponding measures will be executed to realize the optimum full-life cycle cost.
