FGD Price Markup Policy Assessment and Optimization

ZHU Si-hai(Fujian Provincial Government Development Research Center,Fuzhou 350003,China)  
"Management method for FGD tariff and FGD operation of coal-fired power generation units"was issued by National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China in 2007.To evaluate the management method,7 coal-fired power plants using FGD methods,such as wet limestone,sea-water,SCR,etc,were selected.At last,the cost sharing of desulfurization and denitration was discussed,and the measures of FGD price markup policy were put forward.
