Study of rheological property of GLS three-phase polystictus versicolor mycelia suspension

Polystictus versicolor is cultivated in shaking flasks.The accurate measurement by using a refitted NKJ-2G type of rotating cylinder viscometer indicates that the liquid-solid two-phase system of the mycelial suspension has Bingham rheological behaviour.Blending the suspension with aseptic air and measuring the rheological property by a rotating disk viscometer(model 4535-1)again, it is discoverd that the gas-liquid-solid three-phase system also has Bingham behaviour. The results by numerical analyses show apparently that when the voidage increases,the yield shear stress decreases a lot,but the plastic viscositv has a little bit increase.
