Analysis of Low Steam Temperature of 200 MW Boilers in Douhe Power Plant and Retrofitting

The fouling on the heat transfer surface of convective re heater are contributed to the high temperature ash agglomeration. Such relatively serious fouling has taken place on the four 200 MW boilers of Douhe Power Plant. This caused low temperature of re heater steam and lowered the unit economy. This problem is solved by adding more heat transfer surface.
