Experiments on Dependence of NO Reduction on Pulverized-coal Finesse in Reburning

Lab experiments on NO reduction by injecting fine coal powder into flue gas are conducted in a high temperature gas entrained reactor. The effects of the different coal finesses, oxygen concentrations in the flue gas and the reaction temperature on NO reduction rate are tested. Dependences of the NO reduction on coal finesse and the pulverizing energy consumption on different coal sizes are discussed. 
