Analysis on Rejection Combustion Disturbance Capacity of Steam Temperature System under Primary Frequency Modulation

Influenced by joining the primary frequency modulation and the coal quality variation,the new problems were faced to the large generating sets steam temperature control.Through the operating data analysis of a 600MW load generating set,the major factors of steam temperature fluctuation was from the combustion disturbance.The transfer function of steam temperature calculated under several load were analyzed by means of frequency domain characteristics,and it was found the same as the band-pass filter characteristics.For the major frequency of combustion disturbance was within the pass band,so it was difficult for single cascade control system to effectively damp the combustion disturbance.
