Dynamic Model of Medium Speed Mill Direct Firing Pulverizing System

Medium speed mill direct firing pulverizing system is used in most large-scale boiler and its dynamic characteristics have an important impact on the load - pressure control. Pulverizing system can be divided into coal feeder, coal grinding mill and primary air-powder pipe. The dynamic model of the amount of coal and primary air for the total fuel into the boiler furnace chamber was built up with the method of combination of mechanism analysis and data fitting. The regular pattern of the changes of the main parameters in the model was analyzed. Disturbance experiment of fieldwork coal amount and simulation experiment showed that the model reflects the major dynamic characteristics and nonlinear characteristics and has a good recurrence. The combining of the model and strm classical model can form a complete drum boiler load - pressure dynamic model.
