One Extraction Method of Combustion Feature Signal Based on Furnace Pressure Analysis

This paper adopted the method of mechanism analysis to establish the dynamic model of the boiler furnace pressure considering the coupling of combustion and verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the model by simulation result.With the model,the coupling can be lifted and the impact of airiness balance can be eliminated,then the only correspondence between furnace pressure and combustion can be found.At the same time using this method will receive the boiler combustion feature signal such as temperature.Further mechanism analysis of the methods with the pressure signal to diagnostic the stability of boiler combustion can be carried out.The method provided the basis of theory and practice for combustion optimization.
