Analysis of enzymatic hydrolyzed ginsenoside Rg_3

The ginsenoside Rg3was enzymatically hydrolyzed and the hydrolysates were separated with the silica gel chromatogram a 19.2 g Rh2,2.42 g Rh3and 4 g Rg3 was obtained from 43 g samples.The ginsenoside Rg3 was purified further by the precipitation,two isomers was found in ginsenoside Rg3 in which 20(R)-Rg3 was 54% and 20(S)-Rg3 was 46%.
