Isolation and properties of halobacterium DL41 producing Ectoine and trehalose

The halobacterium DL41 were isolated from the brine sludge of a saltern using gradient NaCl.The morphological and physiological characteristics were determined and the phylogenetic tree was constructed using 16S rDNA sequence.Synthesis conditions of Ectoine and trehalose was studied either.
