Experiment and Research on the Scale Inhibition and Heat Transfer Enhaneement of Ultrasonic

Ultrasonic with a certain power and frequency not only can sarisfy the requirements of antiscaling and descaling ,but also can achieve the effect of heat transfer enhancement .The article elaborates the role of ultrasonic in the antiscaling and descaling aspect.A mathematic model on studying the influences of ultrasonic on antiscaling ,descaling and heat transfer coefficient waw set up,and through simulating the actual work of heater exchanger ,the corresponding experimental data of ultrasonic and acoustic were obtained and calculated,thus the scale inhibition rate and the average heat transter coefficient were obtained. The experiment and research work proved the application effect of ultrasonie in the antiscaling ,descaling and heat transfer enhancement of heater exchangers in thermal power plants.
