Linkage model of time-of-use power price for reducing drop-water

A new time-of-use power price model is persented in this paper. The model is established based on that all the power stations in Yaan are run-of hydropower,abundant-dry water and peak-valley price have been implemented at both generation and sale sides for a long time,combining with the theory of electricity price linkage on both sides. The model is to increase social profits by reducing drop-water without damaging power generation companies,grid companies and users' benefits.
