SMALL AREA LAND- USE ANALYSISIN FUZZY SPATIAL LOAD FORECASTING Part One Principle

A novel fuzzy- logic- based approxim ate reasoning m ethod which can consider weights in the premise in rules and a defuzzification decision- making function is presented and used in the small areas land- use suitability assessment and superiority- inferiority assessm ent based on spatial load forecasting of urban distribution system planning.A prim ary principle about how to forecast the urban land developm ent and urban land reform in the future is founded.The process- reasoning and decision- m aking of expertise is embodied in the principle.A system atic theory and approach are provided for distribution system researchers to accom plish the decision task of land- use tim e,land- use classification and land- use intensity of small areas in case of frequently decom posing urban land.
