APPLICATION OF NETWORK COMMUNICATION IN THE ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF JIANGSU

Compared with the conventional telecontrol method, the great advantages of network communication are discussed. In light of the current network application practice in the provincial energy management system (EMS), each layer involved in the network communication is analyzed, with emphasis on the selection of the application layer protocol, which is most closely related to EMS. Based on the status quo of the development of network communication in Jiangsu Province, the superiority of network communication is further verified. Suggestions and plans for future development are proposed while affirming the present achievements.[KH2D]
