A OUT-OF-STEP SPLITTING DEVICE BASED ON THE CHANGING TRACK OF THE VOLTAGE OF OSCILLATION CENTER

Through analysis of the out of step operation of power systems, a new out of step splitting device is proposed. Based on the changing track of the voltage of oscillation center, this device can distinguish accelerating out of step from decelerating out of step, and it can adapt to the change of system network and system operating mode.
