Analysis of Dielectric Loss Angle Measurement by Hanning Windowing Interpolation Algorithm Based on FFT

The error of dielectric loss angle measurement caused by asynchronous sampling can be reduced by Hanning windowing interpolation algorithm based on FFT, which is a very promising algorithm with the merits of easy realization and fast calculation. For the sake of effectively using the algorithm to measure dielectric loss angle, it is necessary to analyze the error of dielectric loss angle in the conditions of changing signal components and sampling parameters. In this paper, the calculation speed of the algorithm is given by simulation, and the errors of dielectric loss angle measurement with changes of the parameters such as signal frequency, harmonic, direct bias, sampling rate, A/D quantization bits, sampling dot number, real value of dielectric loss angle, white noise and pulse noise are simulated and analyzed.
