Integrated Processing System for Power Fault Recording Data

DU Xinwei, LI Yuan, LIU Dichen (Wuhan University, Wuhan 430072, China)  
The power fault recording data is the significant basis of fault analysis and protection action judgment in a power system. In view of the problems of current fault analysis and recurrence, a scheme of power fault recording data integrated processing system is proposed. Through remote transmission and format transformation, various fault data from recorders of different types is received on one platform for unified management and analysis. The principles of data processing, protection action analysis and two-terminal fault location are improved. By using both the hardware mode and the software mode, the fault wave is reproduced. Actual application has proved the feasibility and validity of the integrated processing system for the power fault recording data.
