Interconnected Scheme of Unified Tele Meter Reading System Based on E Language

E language is a data model descriptive language for the power system developed by National Electric Power Dispatching and Communication Center. An interconnected scheme of the unified tele meter reading (TMR) system based on E language is put forward. The scheme provides a new thought for the data interconnection of TMR system that it can not only resolve the data exchange problem in the crossing of different safety areas brought by secondary system safety defense, but also normalize the criterion of data interface for the TMR system. Combined with the construction of TMR system in Jiangsu Province, the practical application of the scheme proposed is given, and some suggestions on the disadvantages in the application are provided.
