Conception of a New Power System Operating Status Display Platform

The development of interconnection and commercialization of power systems demands the operators to thoroughly observe the operating status and extensively communicate with each other,which can help to prevent disasters.However,the current display methods of operating status are not good enough to satisfy the above requirements.Based on the concept of power system operating status display technology and the dynamic content multi-display technology,this paper proposes a new conception of displaying the operating status.In this conception,psychology,cognition and artificial intelligence are introduced,and computer hardware/software and network communication techniques are applied,such as multi-communication media and multi-input channels.To set up the dynamic man-machine interaction system based on the multi-input channels and the dynamic content multi-display technology,and the man-man interaction system for system operators based on the multi-communication media technology,this paper presents a new idea of displaying the multi-layer processing status.Based on the human-factor engineering theory and tremendous investigation,an operating status display theory and a brand new power system display system are developed.
