Significance of TIL in ovarian cancer treatments

TIL(tumor infiltrating lymphocytes) is located around the tumor cells.TIL can destruct tumor cells and reduce their metastatic potential.As close to tumor cells,it is considered to the specific and direct performance of host identifying tumor cells.In a certain extent,the changes of TIL's number and functions reflect the anti-tumor's strength and total level.As the forefront of host immunity,many studies have been done about it in recent years.This overview discuss TIL and it's progress in ovarian cancer treatments.
