Data Mining and Its Application in Power Quality Analysis

In order to extract effective information from numerous power quality monitoring data,the application of data mining in power quality analysis was developed.A brief description about the application of data mining in power quality analysis and its related definitions,process procedures,main methods and knowledge types found were introduced.Also,its related applications in power quality data preprocess,disturbance recognition and harmonic source identification were outlined.Finally,its potential application was presented.
