TLS-ESPRIT for Interharmonic Estimation

The paper proposes TLS-ESPRIT for interharmonic detection.Considering the both sides error of the rotation equation.An algorithm reducing the disturbance of noise during detection process is proposed.By means of singular value decomposition(SVD) of data matrix constructed by sampling signal,and combined with total least square(TLS) to solve the equation.An interharmonic frequencies are obtained directly and the amplitudes and phases are estimated based on the least square(LS).Judging the abnormal values by cut-off point method to determine the number of the interharmonic components reduces the computational burden and the influence of noise.The simulation indicates that the method is easy to implement the detection of interharmonic frequencies,which is insensitive to noise and has improved in estimation precision.
