The Quantitative Relationship Between The Topology of Network And The Controlling UEP-1 of Power System

Based on the Sructure Preseting Model (SPM) of power systems, the quantitative relationship between the topology of network and controlling UEP-1 of sysstem is proved in this paper, i.e. there exists only one the critical cutset of network with respect to a controlling UEP-I of system. Meanwhile it is derived that the case of type-1 UEP of SPM Corresponds to the Jacobian matrix of load now equation which had only one cigenvalue with negtive real part.
