Design and application of APS function for air and flue gas system of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit

With the air and flue gas system of 1000 MW ultra supercritical power unit as an example,the complete automatic control strategy for the air and flue gas system of APS(Automatic Plant start-up and shut-down System) unit is introduced.The hierarchical sequential control is discussed,including device layer,element layer and functional group layer.Different control modes are designed for different control variables in both process control and sequential control.The regulation system of process variables has the manual,auto-standby and automatic modes.Its rationality and validity are verified by operational effect.
