Breeding and Heterosis of Three Lines from Nuciear-cytoplasmic Male Sterile in Barley

In this paper, selection and breeding for three line of karcytoplasmic male sterility in barley are reported. Besides, the paper concerns in studies of maintenance of sterility and restoration of fertility, cytological observation of pollen abortion, the eaterase isozyrnes of three lines and hybrid at different development stages, comparison of microstrultures and flowening characteristies between the fertitle and male infertitle lines; the heterosis of combinations with same or different row types Finally, heterosis utilization in the future of barley were discussed.
