Research Progress of Potassium on Grain Yield and Quality in Wheat

In recent years,along with the increase of crop yield,the introduction and promotion of high-yield varieties,and using of more and more Nitrogen,phosphate fertilizer in the field,as well as reducing of the organic manure,soil potassium content reduced gradually.The amount of potash fertilizer used in production also insufficient.As a result,potassium fertilizer used reasonable and the research of increasing wheat yieldquality by potassium fertilizer has been attracted more and more attention to the scholars.This paper explained the effects of potassium on yield and quality of wheat,and discussed the future prospects of research directions in this field.
