Competitive situation analysis of regional logistics development based on AHP and entropy weight

To achieve the proposed analysis the evaluation indices system is established firstly,and the weights of evaluation indices are obtained based on the results of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and entropy. Then the evaluation of regional logistics competitiveness is made,moreover the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of regional logistics development are drawn. Finally,according to the analysis results,logistics development strategy can be presented. Based on this analysis,the results are quantitative and reliable and can provide important references to make correct,scientific and competitive regional logistics development planning.
