Fin Coefficiency and Heat Transfer Characteristes of Fin Tube Heat Exchanger

The heat transfer characteristics of louver integrated fin-tube heat exchangers with threedifferent arrangement of tube rows are studied。According on the basis of the experimental data,the re-latiorls between overall heat transfer coefficient and flow veleeities are sorted out,the temporature dis-tribution of the fin is concretely caculated by using numerical analysis method,the forinula of fin effi-ciency of the louver fin is inferred,and the keat transfer dimensional equotion is reckoned by theoryof estimation-separated method . All the resules mentioned above provide convenience for designing lou-ver integrated fin tube heat exchangers.
