Analysis and Realization of Floatingpoint Format Conversion

Aimed at some nittygritty problems the that different type of floating number almost has different expression,floatingpoint format conversion of different computer type not only involves expressi on of exponent and floationgpoint coefficient,also for implementation such as storage mode of floating number,bit and bit region operation,the similaritie s and differences of storage mode are analyzed,and a CBit Array bit group is dev eloped.Combining with conversion of VAX computer type floating number and microc omputer floating number,the paper described that conversion of different type of floatingpoint format can be implemented simply and conveniently by the me thod.
